After attempting to locate a needle in the haystack on their own, one of Houston’s leading event designers and florists engaged Rifle CRE to assist them with a fast moving occupancy requirement. Within the days, we onboarded the client, evaluated their needs, and presented a list of possible space options. Less than two days later, we toured a curated list of options and shortlisted the best site. Rifle CRE quickly negotiated terms in the interest of the client, reduced the client’s exposure in the lease document, and ensured the space would be delivered in a manner that best suited the client’s use case. This allowed the client to have a fully executed lease document ahead of their deadline to occupy the space. From onboarding to occupancy, the deal was completed in under a week.
