Managing Partner

The best organizations have facilities that highlight the culture they’re building. In Houston, it can can be a tall order matching the right user to right space.

Financial decisions of this size equate to massive pressure, as you navigate a ton of factors and personalities unique to your factors while avoiding major pitfalls along the way. That’s why I love my job. I help owners and occupants of commercial real estate make pivotal decisions about their future, all starting with their real estate.

As the managing partner of Rifle Real Estate Company, I lean on over 3 million square feet of development, construction and brokerage experience, along with 15 years in the public and private sectors to serve our clients. I know the complexities of doing business in our Houston market. Prior to launching Rifle in 2020, I was a Vice President with NAI Partners.  I started my career with Caldwell Companies, and am thankful of my strong friendships with colleagues at both firms.

To put some common language around the commercial real estate business, I earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in early 2019. The institute describes the CCIM pin as designation conferred to recognized experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, and earned by just the top 6% of professionals across North America. I also earned the Masters in Commercial Property designation from the Lipsey School of Real Estate and passed the test to earn my Texas Real Estate Broker’s License that same year.

As an active volunteer with community organizations like United City Church, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, Harris County Constable’s Office Pct 3, the Houston A&M club, Arrow Child & Family Ministries, and as a Leadership North Houston alum, I know how to help QB processes involving diverse personalities. If you want to talk business, we can talk about how to best balance facility location, build out, lease terms, and amenities for your occupancy dollars. Or I can help you search for your next office or warehouse in a way that can dramatically reduce your costs and increase your options.

For everything else, I love to learn about the best coffee you’ve discovered in the area, or brag on our families, or even swap skiing stories, and especially anything Texas A&M or foster/adoption.

I work hard, love my family, and I’m driven to help my clients and my team in Houston and around the US thrive.

While my days are mostly spent with our team at Rifle CRE, I’m also a partner in a residential focused real estate brand, Ai Realty, and a commercial interior construction company.

In addition to an active Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, I also hold a Master Peace Officer license and have been a licensed Foster Parent with the State of Texas.
