Internship Experience:

As a Market Research and Analysis Intern at Rifle CRE, you will have the opportunity to learn from an exceptional team of professionals who will treat you with respect and encourage you to make the most of your time in the position. You will be immersed in the real estate industry, gaining valuable skills and knowledge, and contributing to meaningful projects that will enhance your understanding of commercial real estate and the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to support ongoing projects and strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the Market Research team to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights into the real estate market.
• Collaborate with various departments to gain a well-rounded approach to current deals and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
• Participate in meetings and strategizing sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its intricacies.
• Develop and improve computer skills, research techniques, and industry knowledge under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program with a focus on real estate, business, finance, economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Excel, CoStar, Argus).
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the commercial real estate industry.
