Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, motivate and develop a leading sales team though on-going
- Develop sales training curriculum for agents
- Conduct weekly trainings with all agents
- Ensure the sales team works cross functionally with management
- Act as a liaison with sales team and management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- New York Real Estate License
- Previous leadership role
- Ability to inspire and grow a sales team through ongoing coaching and feedback
- Excellent both written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented
- 3+ years’ of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business added bonus
