Connor Parker is an Associate at Rifle CRE specializing in industrial real estate across the Houston MSA. He works with both owners and occupiers, helping landlords lease and sell their properties and helping companies find, negotiate, and secure the warehouse, manufacturing, and flex space their operations depend on.
Before joining Rifle CRE, Connor spent more than two years as a Settlements Analyst at CIMA Energy, a Houston-based energy marketing firm, where he was responsible for getting the numbers right on high-volume commercial transactions. That analytical discipline and attention to detail carry directly into how he underwrites options, reviews lease economics, and advises clients. It also gives him a working familiarity with the energy sector that drives much of Houston’s industrial demand.
Connor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, where he was a Provost Scholar and a member of Beta Theta Pi.
